What we process and why

  • Purchase and access (performance of the contract): your email address, the course, the amount, the payment date, your consent to immediate access with its time and version, and the end date of your access; sign-in links and 6-digit codes, stored only as hashes; the access cookie bp_session.
  • Practice and mock exams (performance of the contract): your answers and scores, to show your results and progress.
  • Free test (legitimate interest): your answers and score; if you leave your email, the address and your choice about study tips, to send your result and explanations.
  • Cookies: bp_consent keeps your cookie choice for 12 months; with «Accept all» we may measure our advertising. «Only necessary cookies» keeps only the cookies the site needs. You can change your choice at any time with «Cookie settings» in the footer.

Cloudflare (hosting and database), Stripe (payment), Amazon Web Services (email delivery).

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction or deletion of your data at support@uaeexamprep.com. You can also complain to the Luxembourg data protection authority (CNPD).
