ADREC's broker curriculum is mandatory for licensing, and candidates finish it with a final assessment. Those who pass receive the ADREC Certified Broker credential, which is renewed every year as regulations change.

Which laws does it cover?

Law No. 3 of 2015 on the real estate sector as amended by Law No. 2 of 2025 and its regulations on licensing, escrow, the interim register, mortgages, appraisal and fees, together with the laws on real estate registration, real property and leasing, the 2025 decisions on jointly owned property and owners' committees, and the standard Musataha contract.

Is the content up to date?

Yes. Every answer cites the article it rests on, taken from the legislation ADREC publishes, including the 2025 amendments and the 2025 decisions on owners' committees and escrow disbursements.

Does it include real estate maths?

Yes. Area calculation, appraisal by the income, cost and comparison methods, registration and municipal fees and broker commission, each with a worked solution.
