Who is exempt?

The official practice-card service exempts three groups: individuals above 55 years of age, brokers with 5 consecutive years of service in the same real estate office, and start-up licence holders.

How many questions, and how long?

The official pages publish no question count, time limit or pass mark. Our mock exam runs 60 questions in 60 minutes, a realistic load for steady pacing.

What does the exam cost?

The official service page lists the broker exam at AED 700 plus an AED 10 knowledge fee and an AED 10 innovation fee. UAE Exam Prep is a separate study product at AED 249 for 12 months.

No. UAE Exam Prep is an independent study product and is not affiliated with the Dubai Land Department or RERA. We write our own questions from the published laws and quote them word for word.
